&lt;p&gt;The New York office market showed signs of steady resilience in July, with &lt;strong&gt;1.1 million square feet of leasing volume&lt;/strong&gt;—bringing 2025’s year-to-date total to &lt;strong&gt;16.7 million square feet&lt;/strong&gt;. That’s &lt;strong&gt;5% higher than the same time last year&lt;/strong&gt;, despite a noticeable summer slowdown.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Availability&lt;/strong&gt; fell by 30 basis points to &lt;strong&gt;15.0%&lt;/strong&gt;, with over &lt;strong&gt;1 million square feet&lt;/strong&gt; of space coming off the market in July alone.&lt;/p&gt;
